Executive Chef, Jesse Arnold

Jesse has been with Club Soda now for seven years, five of those as executive chef. Prior to his position at the Club, Jesse served as sous chef at Paula's Seafood, then one of Club Soda's sister restaurants. Jesse's passion is food and beverage pairings, so you do not want to pass up a chance to attend one of our wine, beer or whiskey dinners.

If you've had dinner with us then you know well that there is wizardry afoot in the Club Soda Kitchen. Our food simply has no rival in northeastern Indiana - or, really, anywhere else. Arrogant? No doubt. But true, nonetheless. And it's good to be the king. There are links to our menus above. Check them often, we like to change it up a few times each year.

You'll also find the occasional video in this space wherein Jesse gives up the secrets to some of our more popular dishes so you can make them at home (or in your own restaurant, assuming you have no shame and you give us props for the lesson). Understand that it'll never be as good as it is here, but if you pay attention and do as Jesse says, you can crank out a reasonable facsimile.
